We offer a 12-month warranty on all our KOMI chains and a Hassle-Free Warranty for life on all our KOMI pendants**. This warranty covers all damage caused to the jewellery, attributable to the manufacturing process.
**Items on Sale and Junior Pendants excluded.
What does "Warranty for Life" mean?
It means there is no time limit on the warranty. If you have a problem with your Komi piece in 1, 5, 10 or more years, just reach out and we'll get you sorted.

Warranty Terms
To be eligible to claim under our warranty, the jewellery must not have been exposed to harsh chemicals and must have been cared for properly as per the instructions below.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
- Postage costs associated with claiming the warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sales items are excluded
- Junior pendants and bracelets are excluded.
Claim Process
To activate your warranty, simply reach out to our customer service at info@komijewellery.com. Please include your order number or receipt and a picture of the damaged item. Ensure that the picture is clear and shows the damage so we can process your request promptly.
Care Instructions
To ensure your Komi Jewellery pieces maintain their beauty and quality, please follow these care instructions:
- Avoid Extreme Conditions: Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming in the pool or ocean, getting in a sauna or spa, or engaging in vigorous physical activities.
- Avoid Chemical Exposure: Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals, lotions, perfumes, and hair products as they can affect the clearness and glossiness of the moon and crystals.
- Store Properly: Store each piece separately in a tarnish-resistant pouch or box in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing jewellery in humid environments.
- Remove Before Bed: We recommend removing your jewellery before bedtime to prevent accidental damage.
